Memberships
ZenDrive annual memberships are prepaid and non-refundable. Instead of refunds, your unused transfers are protected by rollover: any transfers you do not use during your membership year roll over for one additional year. Transfers that remain unused after the second year lapse if you do not renew.
Single rides
Single rides are non-refundable. Single rides purchased on or after July 11, 2026 are also final: once bought, they cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. This applies to airport single rides and the Park City local ride. Single rides purchased before July 11, 2026 keep the terms they were bought with. If something exceptional comes up, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Cancellations and reschedules
If you cancel or reschedule a booked membership transfer within our policy, the transfer is returned to your balance as a credit so you can use it later. We do not refund transfers as cash. See our Cancellation and Reschedule Policy for the details.
Billing questions
If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 30 days at booking@zendrivesolutions.com and we will review it.
