Each transfer is one airport ride, so a 16-transfer pass covers up to 8 round trips. Memberships are non-refundable; unused transfers roll over into your next year and lapse after the second year if the membership isn’t renewed.

What exactly is included?
A membership gives you a set number of one-way private transfers between Salt Lake City International Airport and Park City, used in any combination of directions, for twelve months. Choose an 8-transfer or a 16-transfer pass. Prefer no membership? Single one-way rides are also available — Park City, Kamas, Heber City and Midway.
What car will I ride in?
Every transfer is in a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with 4-wheel drive (4WD). A private ride for up to three guests.
Do unused transfers expire?
Unused transfers roll over into your next membership year. If the membership isn’t renewed, any remaining transfers lapse after the second year.
How does renewal work?
Memberships run twelve months from purchase. Unused transfers carry over for one additional year; if you don’t renew, they lapse after the second year. Renewal terms are confirmed at signup.
Can I add extra transfers?
Yes. Additional transfers can be purchased at discounted member rates beyond the transfers included in your pass.
What about cancellations?
Booked membership transfers can be rescheduled or cancelled from your account up to 12 hours before pickup — the transfer goes back on your pass. Single rides are final once purchased and can’t be cancelled or rescheduled, so pick your time carefully. Full details in our Cancellation & Reschedule Policy.
