These Terms govern your use of zendrivesolutions.com and your purchase and use of ZenDrive memberships and rides. By creating an account or buying a membership, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ZenDrive provides private airport transfers between Salt Lake City International Airport and the service areas listed on our site. Each transfer is a private booking for up to three guests.
2. Memberships
- An annual membership is prepaid at a fixed price and includes the number of one-way transfers stated for your route, for example 16 transfers per year.
- Each transfer is one one-way airport ride.
- Your membership begins on the date of purchase and runs for twelve months.
- Your price is fixed for your membership year. There is no surge pricing.
3. Booking and using transfers
- You book each transfer through your account. Bookings are subject to availability and the notice shown at booking.
- A confirmed transfer uses one transfer from your balance.
- You are responsible for giving accurate pickup details and flight information.
4. Single rides
Single rides are one-off rides bought separately and are not part of a membership. Single rides purchased on or after July 11, 2026 are final: they cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. See our Cancellation and Reschedule Policy.
5. Capacity and conduct
Each booking is for up to three guests and the luggage that fits safely in the vehicle. We may decline service for unsafe, unlawful, or abusive conduct.
6. Rollover and expiry
Unused transfers roll over for one additional year. Transfers that remain unused after the second year lapse if the membership is not renewed.
7. Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds
Our Refund Policy and our Cancellation and Reschedule Policy form part of these Terms.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected transfer or membership. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight changes, or other events outside our reasonable control.
9. Changes to the service
We may update our routes, the price of new memberships, and these Terms. Changes do not affect the price of a membership already purchased for its current term.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Utah.
